With more than 20 years of corporate communications experience, Jessica is a seasoned professional whom CEO’s trust with their most critical business issues. She is sought after for her expertise in building brands through thought leadership, handling sensitive corporate issues and financial events, crisis communications, employee communications programs, and content management strategy.

Prior to founding Ardent Communication, Jessica was the head of Global Communications at Dorel Sports, a portfolio company with popular consumer brands such as Schwinn, Mongoose and Cannondale sold in more than 80 countries worldwide. A member of the management team, Jessica was responsible for setting the strategic communications agenda while leveraging public relations to drive business results. Jessica’s team’s responsibilities included media relations, social media, sports marketing communications, employee communications, executive communications, philanthropy, advocacy and global integration and coordination of communications around the world.

Prior to Dorel, Jessica spent seven years at MasterCard Worldwide in roles of increasing responsibility, from Director of Corporate Communications to Chief of Staff for the CMO. During this time, she had leadership responsibility for crisis communications, public policy communications, the launch of the new MasterCard corporate brand and communications of the company’s IPO, at the time the 12th largest IPO in history.

Earlier in her career, Jessica built her experience in PR and marketing working on agency accounts for global brands like IBM and Blackberry.

A winner of a Theodore Sorenson National Speechwriters Award and a PR Week Award, Jessica graduated cum laude with a B.A., in Public Relations and Political Science from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
